Rampoina 67fbc398be Add the energy source as a requirement for the battlmage and daemon
The starting energy source is removed as well
This should avoid early rushes like grabbing  all of your initiates and
morphing them to battlemages from the beggining

Rampoina cd422fcf9b Remove the starting static defense
No free static defense at the beggining, this promotes earlier
interaction. If people want static defense they'll have to build it.

Rampoina 3cca647e43 Adjust unit speeds to better match the stride length and rate
- The running units run much faster (about x1.5) to match their stride length
- The walking units walk just a tiny bit faster
- Magic cavalary is untouched and tech cavalary is faster
