2210d48c49 - added a temp ini setting: DebugGameSynchUI=true
to show all units in minimap to compare on two screens if the game is going out of synch.

c5dd29f4ff new way to define the selectionType. No more use of EnableColorPicking and so on!
allowed values are: selectbuf color frustrum

Default is selectbuf again as Colorpicking still makes trouble.

06a135301b - set color pciking as the default selection type. Possible ini entries are:
EnableSelectBufPicking=true
EnableColorPicking=true
EnableFrustumPicking=true
