arcmage implemented this so you could do .match 18:00 and it would auto-convert it to UTC for everyone else. Could be something like:

Anyone ready for OpenSpades in 54 minutes?

emorrp1: 22:00
seabass: 22:00
hribhrib: 23:00

or

Anyone ready for OpenSpades in 54 minutes?

UTC 22:00
CEST 23:00
