reorganise chatroom list 
* LGN room now officially co-opted and properly bridged and archived
* lower the relevance of org and put it closer to workshop

switch to tchncs.de aliases 
* freedombox.emorrp1.name a) pings emorrp1, b) is hosted on a SBC
  residential connection c) implies emorrp1 is the boss
* matrix.org would wrongly encourage centralisation
* tchncs.de we already recommend, though it limits history retention
* ideally would use vanity domain for long term aliases
